Refund policy

We want you to feel confident buying from us. BioSisters Vitamin Care is a women-founded brand built on honesty and transparency. That includes being clear about how we handle returns and refunds.

Unopened Items

We accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible the product must be unused and in its original packaging with the seal intact. To initiate a return contact us at support@biosisters.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Opened Items

Due to the personal nature of health and hygiene products we are unable to accept returns on opened items. If you have opened your product and are unsatisfied with your experience please contact us at support@biosisters.com. As a one time courtesy we will issue a store credit toward a future BioSisters purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we will make it right immediately. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@biosisters.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Founder Edition

Founder Edition boxes are final sale. Due to the limited and collectible nature of this release we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on Founder Edition purchases.

After 30 Days

All sales are final after 30 days of delivery. We are unable to process returns or refunds outside of this window.
