Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery on your selected billing date unless you choose to cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. If you do not want to renew you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

To cancel or make changes to your subscription you can:

If you cancel after your billing date has been processed you will not receive a refund for that cycle but your subscription will not renew the following month. You will continue to receive your product for the cycle already paid.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order you are reserving a product that is not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment when your order ships.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. Once your pre-order has shipped it cannot be cancelled but you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We will notify you by email of any significant delays to your pre-order estimated ship date. If you no longer wish to wait you may cancel your pre-order before it ships by contacting us at support@biosisters.com.

Try Before You Buy

BioSisters Vitamin Care does not currently offer a try before you buy program.
