Shipping policy
Where We Ship
BioSisters Vitamin Care currently ships within the United States only. We are not accepting international orders at this time. Please sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. During high volume periods processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more shipped within the United States. This offer applies to standard shipping only.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. BioSisters Vitamin Care is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the tracking link in your confirmation email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. BioSisters Vitamin Care is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at support@biosisters.com. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BioSisters Vitamin Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you are still unable to locate your package contact us at support@biosisters.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@biosisters.com with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
